Sophie Monticciolo joined BRINGER IP in 2021 as a senior trademark attorney. She has acquired her professional experience in various IP law firms and has more than 20 years of experience in the field of intellectual property.
 
Sophie advises and assists the firm's clients in all matters related to the definition and implementation of strategies for the protection, management and defense of trademarks, designs, copyrights and domain names in France and abroad. She is also involved in pre-litigation and litigation matters as well as in contracts.
 
Very attached to Toulouse, her native city, Sophie is a passionate horseback rider. She also likes to spend her free time gardening, walking in the countryside, and travelling around France to discover its many treasures.
