Léonard Pirastru joined BRINGER IP Law firm in 2016 as partner and head of the legal department. He has 20 years of experience gained in leading Intellectual property law firms in France and Australia where he managed worldwide trademark portfolios for French, Australian and overseas clients from a broad range of industries.  

When working in Australia, Léonard gained valuable knowledge and experience of the Asia-Pacific laws and markets.

 

Léonard specializes in defining and implementing tailored strategies for protecting, enforcing and valuing your creations, trademarks, designs, copyrights and domain names, both in France and internationally.

 

He also advises his clients on contracts, litigation and pre-litigation, anti-counterfeiting, unfair competition/passing-off and financial valorisation of intellectual property rights.

When not dealing with IP, Léonard enjoys acting and singing on stage, playing music, sailing and running long distances.
